Once you become a member of The All Inclusive Club you will be issued with your personal membership card that will give you access to all of our resorts around the world.

 

Terms & Conditions


By registering on our site, you agree to abide by all of our terms of service and confirm that you are over the age of 18, or operating under parental supervision. In order to maintain a safe and helpful community for our users, we may suspend or remove, without notice, any user that we suspect of violating our terms, the rights of our users, or otherwise negatively impacting the service we provide. All decisions regarding inappropriate conduct and use of the site are solely ours.

Terms of Use

  1. The All Inclusive Club package gives you access to worldwide holidays during your alloted membership period that are booked through ETOL Travel Desk who, as a registered Travel Agent has access to the full spectrum of travel related services. Flights, Car Hire, Transfers, etc. may be booked through ETOL Travel Desk but this is not obligatory.
  2. Signed documentation is required for membership packages to be activated for use. We ask that you aim to send back these signed documents within 14 days of receipt of confirmation. If after 8 weeks we have still not received the requisite signed documents the membership will be cancelled forthwith without recompense.
  3. This is a European retail site. Non Euro residents may be subject to a variable cross border fee applied by their card issuer.
  4. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and any visa that may be necessary for travel. ETOL Travel Desk will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.
  5. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data.
  6. Please be aware that by purchasing this service you are pre-paying for your accommodation for the amount of days available to you. The only further payment to be made will be for the compulsory upgrade to either Full Board or All Inclusive. Due to our working relationship with the resorts, our prices that we are able to offer for the varied board options may be different to that being quoted by either the resort directly or any other travel agent. This is due to the fact that your accommodation is prepaid for at the lowest cost available.
  7. The All Inclusive Club offers its services for a 12 month period. Thereafter members will be subject to an annual variable concierge fee,  dependent on the package purchased.  This covers any and all services provided by The All Inclusive Club. The first year’s membership is free of charge for all NEW memberships purchased, however, the annual fee will continue to apply to all UPGRADED Memberships.  All subsequent charges will be taken yearly automatically on or around the anniversary of the date of 1st purchase at the live euro conversion rate of the day.
  8. The All Inclusive Club reserves the right to make changes to the policies, products and services described in this confirmation pack and also the website at any time without notice. Anyone who uses, or makes decisions based on this information, does so at their own risk. By accessing the website, the user agrees to hold The All Inclusive Club and it's affiliates blameless against any claims for damages arising from any decisions that the user makes based on this information.
  9. The all inclusive board basis is not covered by all countries worldwide and as such we are limited to being able to provide accommodation soley in countries where this board basis is available.
  10. The All Inclusive Club works with a multitude of agents, operators and marketers to ensure we achieve the most competitive prices for our clients. There are strict guidelines that we follow however to ensure that the holidays we booked for our clients meet our stringent guidelines on consumer protection and subsequently there are companies that we will not use however due to their lack of booking protection.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your personal information. We only allow access to the customer database when absolutely necessary, and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of such details. We may ask you for proof of identity before disclosing any personal information to you.

Surveys

We always aim to improve the services we offer. As a result we may occasionally canvass our customers using surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to reply to any survey you might receive from us. Should you choose to do so, we will treat the information you provide with the same high standard of care as all other customer information.

  5. This voucher holds no expiry date.
  6. Vouchers are issued free of charge but to redeem there is a charge of £79.99, £89.99 or £99.99 (dependant on season) per person based on a minimum of 4 sharing.
  7. This offer has been provided to you on a to be arranged basis.
  8. There are no qualifications, presentations or restrictions with this accommodation offer.
  9. Unless we have your express consent, we will only disclose personal data subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain third parties such as members of our own group or our professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality codes and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data.
